Welcome to Act of Rebellion. By purchasing from our store—whether online at www.actofrebellion.shop or in person at one of our events—you agree to the following Terms of Service. These terms are legally binding. If you don’t agree, don’t buy from us. Simple as that.





1. 

Made-to-Order Fulfillment



All products are printed and fulfilled on-demand through third-party partners (e.g., Printful). This means each item is custom-made when you order it. Production and shipping times may vary. We are not responsible for delays once your order leaves the fulfillment center.





2. 

Returns & Exchanges



We do not accept returns or exchanges unless:


  • The item arrives damaged
  • You received the wrong item
  • There is a clear manufacturing defect



If eligible, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence. Any claims submitted after this window may not be accepted. All event sales are final unless otherwise stated in writing.





3. 

Sizing, Color, and Printing



Please review all size charts, color previews, and product descriptions carefully. Due to print-on-demand manufacturing and screen variations:


  • Slight color differences may occur
  • Product images are for illustrative purposes
  • We do not guarantee an exact match to what’s seen on screen






4. 

In-Person Events



Products purchased at live events/pop-up shops are typically final sale unless noted otherwise. Damage claims must be made at time of purchase or documented on-site. No retroactive refunds for worn or used gear.





5. 

Limitation of Liability



By purchasing from Act of Rebellion, you agree that:


  • Our liability is limited to the cost of the item purchased
  • We are not responsible for indirect damages, lost profits, emotional distress, or other nonsense legal claims
  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason






6. 

Copyright & Branding



All designs, logos, product names, artwork, slogans, and content are property of Act of Rebellion LLC. Don’t copy, reproduce, or use them without our permission unless you want a cease-and-desist and a very unpleasant email.





7. 

Privacy



We collect personal data (name, email, address, etc.) to process your order and nothing more. We don’t sell or trade your info. See our [Privacy Policy] for details.





8. 

Modifications



We can update these Terms at any time without notice. Continued use of our site or purchase of products after changes means you accept the new terms.
